With the continuous development of modern economy, facing the rapid expands of urban scale, people have higher demands for the surveying and mapping data’s quickly update and improve data presentalism,implement quick update of geographic information,etc.How to quickly get geographic information, used for guide urban planning and construction;How to quickly acquire the geographic elements of measuring area, improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity of the fieldwork;How to deal with massive amounts of data, How to deal with massive amounts of data, break the "surveying and mapping data and more(big data) and less(less interested in data or unable to extract)" situation such as a series of problems on the front of people.In this paper hope that through an "Air-ground Integration of mapping system" approach to mapping datafast update, "the integration of" geographical elements fast acquisition, improve data acquisition efficiency of Surveying and mapping.we discuss using ground mobile photogrammetric system collection three dimensional point as unmanned aerial vehicle aerial(UAV) image control points.Solve the problem of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) image control point measure, in order to enhance the efficiency of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).At the same time, the use of ground mobile photogrammetric system one-time acquisition road network information as well as the geographical elements of the roadsaid, the UAV aerial technology mobile photogrammetry technology combining with the ground,take full advantageof UAV and ground photogrammetric system.Bulida set of air-ground integration of surveying and mapping system, achieve the goals of "air-ground integration of surveying and mapping".This is the main ideas of this article mentioned the air-ground integration of surveying and mapping.the key of realize this system is how to combine the image information of ground mobile photogrammetric system and the unmanned aerial vehicle image information effectively.using ground mobile photogrammetric system collection three dimensional point as unmanned aerial vehicle aerial(UAV) image’s photocontrol points.At the same time, achieve the purpose of the geographical factors one-time acquisition in the surveyed area.After the field data acquisition is completed, field investigation, measurement and other tedious work are able to finish in the office work.Through the method of combining inside and outside work, improve the working efficiency.This paper is to solve the problems related to ground mobile photogrammetry and discuss the specific ideas of air-ground integration of surveying and mapping.At the same time, under the condition of considering the UAV payload requirements, puts forward a method of using geometric constraint to get the coordinates of projective centre,the method is an important branch of air-ground integration thought of surveying and mapping.On the basis of the above views, in order to realize the ground mobile photogrammetric system, and realize the air-ground integration system of surveying and mappingin next step, The key point of this paper include the method of establishment of the basic control,the ground of ground photogrammetry for image processing method, and proposes a capture the high precision taken site coordinate method, Has carried on the theoretical study of the method. According to main technical points of the above exposition the idea of air-ground integration of surveying and mapping system.Finally introduced air-ground integration of surveying and mapping system software and hardware and experimental data is given. Be used to prove the correctness and rationality of this method.
