| In recent years, “Digital Cityâ€,“Space Data Services†applications arouse widespread concern across the country,the Management Model of Urban Basic Geographic Information is in the increasingly information-oriented development.By constructing digital city,the city’s resources,population,economy and such complex systems would be digital,network,virtual simulation and visualization,thus contributing to the Urban construction toward information-oriented.Digital City Geospatial Framework is the core component of a digital city,it is the basic platform for the development of economic and social information,and the basic geographic information system is an important part of digital geospatial framework data management.According to the construction of Digital Linhai Geospatial Framework project,This paper focuses on the research of the realization of vector terrain data storage process and its key technology.According to the vector topographic data of Linhai, and basing on the experiences from domestic and foreign,we choose City vector topographic data as research object.Firstly,using MDL two development language based on Microstration platform,develop Microstration data preprocessing system which Specifically for the DWG format data.Saving the DWG format data to DGN format data and realizating a series of preprocessing operation including encode conversion, attribute assignment, topology check and so on.Secondly, write the semantic mapping file base on the data conversion function of FME,and convert the DGN format data after preprocessing to MDB format data harmlessly. And then packaging and integrating the template of data check by using program development,and checking the quality of the library data before the storage.Finally,import the edited and modified MDB format data into the basic geographic information system platform for unify management.The function of data preprocessing and losslessly data conversion and library data quality inspection and GIS data storage are achieved in this scheme,improved the degree of automation of storage,improved the working efficiency,and ensured the quality of the vector terrain data storage. |
