The diversity of fungi is relatively complex. Traditional morphological methods and modern molecular biology methods were used to identify the mushroom bodies. And 74 species were identified in 37 genus, 18 families, 6 orders and 3 classes. There are 17 species and 13 species in Russulaceae and Tricholomataceae, accounted for 22.97 percent and 17.57 percent,respectively. What’s more, there are 36 kinds of edible fungus and 17 kinds of medicinal fungus, such as Agaricus subrutilescens(Kauffm.) Hotson et Stuntz, Agaricus radicata Vittadini Sensu Bres, Hericium erinaceus(Bull.) Pers., Tricholoma matsutake, Hypsizigus marmoreus(Peck) Bigelw andLactarius hygrophroides Berk. & Curt. The most important is most of them have anti-cancer effect. However, there are also toxic fungus, such as Amanita gemmata(Fr.) Gill., Pleurocybella porrigens(Pers.: Fr.) Sing. and Hebeloma sinapizans Fr.With the development of the latest high-throughput sequencing, the people’s attitude and perspectives towards the structure of gene and the function of gene has changed a lot. The essay has adopted RNA-seq, tested the Tricholoma matsutake(Ito et lmai) Sing, acquired and concluded the relevant information, which provided now ways for the medical research of Tricholoma matsutake.
