In order to improve the present situation of groundwateroverdraftandachieve the purpose of groundwater dynamic balance, delimitation of groundwater overdraft areas and evaluation of reducing groundwaterexploitationeffect are of great significance. This paper chose Yuci as the research object, scientific delimited the groundwater overdraft area by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), then build a comprehensive evaluation system of groundwater overdraftarea to comprehensive evaluated the effect of reducing groundwaterexploitationsince 2008.It was hoped that the methodcanprovide scientific guidance forreducing groundwaterexploitationof Yuci in future. This paper has carried out the following workaround the above two aspects:(1)Collected dataof Yuciincluding the groundwater situation, groundwater overexploitationsituation since 2004, water quality, underground water level changes, geological disasters, and measures taken for groundwater overexploitation since 2008.Then Started to workon the above data filtering andintegration.(2)Used the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to delimit three groundwater overdraft areas ofYuci, and grey clustering method is used to validate the result of the delimitation. At the same time, this paper compared classification results of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) with traditional classification results, and analyzeed the superiority of analytic hierarchy process(ahp).(3)The analytic hierarchy process was taken to evaluatethe effect of reducinggroundwaterexploitation measures which were taken in three groundwater overdraft areas ofYuci from 2008 to 2015.Build a comprehensive evaluation system of groundwater area and usedMATLAB to process the datathendraw reducing groundwaterexploitation effect composite scores in figure and started trend analysis. Finally, SPSS statistical softwarewas used to analyze the correlation between influence factorsand the importance of variousinfluencing factors. Results of using AHP to delimit groundwater overdraft areas in Yuci which were verified through the grey clustering analysis method are correct and comprehensive delimitation system of groundwater overdraft area is effective. Compared with grey clustering analysis, analytic hierarchy process(ahp) of groundwater overdraft areas delimitation is simple, flexible application. Compared with traditional method, the groundwater delimitation system established by analytic hierarchy process(ahp), then divided the mining area of the original type from four to six classes, significantly improve the accuracy of the exploitation area. By subjective choice the relative importance of indexes, improved the groundwater divide degrees of freedom. At the same time the multi-target exploitation area the system reduces the single index of random error.Used analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to construct the comprehensive evaluation system of groundwater overdraft area. The results of the systemwhich evaluated the effect of three reducing groundwaterexploitationareas were obviously improved grades; through the change trend analysis of reducing groundwaterexploitationeffect from 2008 to 2015, the reliability of the evaluation system is verified. It shows that since 2008 reducing groundwaterexploitation measures had been taken, groundwater resource recovery, geological ecological environment continue to improve, the effect overall rise, reducing groundwaterexploitation measurehad obvious effect on solve overdraft problemand repair the groundwater ecology. In addition, through the correlation analysis of the factors influencing the effect of underground water miningindicated that the effect ofreducing groundwaterexploitationis stronger influenced by the engineering and economic factors and less influenced by social factors and natural factors.
