Depth and diameter of traditional ultra high temperature deep penetrating perforator is about 70% of the same type normal temperature perforator because of the effect of ultra high temperature explosive property. That cannot penetrate drilling polluted area effectively, which restricts exploration and development efficiency of ultra high temperature deep reservoir seriously.In order to improve perforators penetrating index, we studied perforator mainly explosive,optimized ultra high temperature、high detonation velocity and low pressure explosive, that is used by the shaped charge, detonating cord and detonating tube, which can improve initiating ability of the shaped charge, detonating cord and detonating tube. On this basis, we optimized shaped charge chamber structure, shaped charge liner structure, detonating cord structure and molding process, detonating tube structure, explosive pressing process and shaped charge molding process. Forming ultra high temperature and deep penetrating perforator.Through research on ultra high temperature and high pressure perforation test container, heating system, pressuring system etc,we building ultra high temperature and high pressure perforating detecting device. We carried out perforation test in the simulation reservoir condition to the new perforator. the depth for sandstone target of 89 and 102 type ultra high temperature deep penetrating perforator is 360 mm and 487 mm respectively. The design index is increased by 71% and 87% respectively. The new perforators have been used for 345 wells, success rate and emissivity arrived 100%.Of the wells,the highest temperature arrive 198℃,which breakthrough the domestic perforating construction record. The perforators provide technical support for ultra high temperature and low permeability reservoir perforation completion. So we can forecast that ultra high temperature and ultra deep penetration perforator would be favorable.
