Cyperus esculentus is Cyperaceae sedge perennial herbaceous plants, as a new type of oil crops, now haven’t started mass planting in Xinxiang, this research mainly studies the varieties of oil beans from different regions in Xinxiang oil content under different light intensity difference. The acetyl-Co A carboxylase(ACCase), which is the rate-limiting enzyme of synthesis, catalyzes the first reaction of synthesis of fatty acids in plants. Cyperus esculentus L. Var.sativus is Cyperaceae of Cyperus perennial herbaceous plants. It is still less research fora new type of energy crops.The Cyperus esculentus was planted in experiment which from different regions under different light intensity. Determination of Cyperus esculentus in different periods of growth potential. Using the plant ACC ELISA Kit and plant FFA ELISA Kit to the active of acetyl-Co A carboxylase and content of free fatty acids of leaves at five growth stages(seedlings and tillering up-front issue, tiller, tiller post, mature) was determined and was analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Through data collection and analysis: 1 under the natural light of four varieties of oil beans no significant difference of plant height, leaf area and tiller number difference significantly, and under the natural light and shade processing oil Sally bean plant height and tiller number exists significant difference; Cyperus acetyl coa carboxylase activity of irregular change, four varieties under different light conditions have shown different changing trends; Cyperus also no regularity change the content of free fatty acids, four varieties under different light conditions also present different change rule; 4 acetyl coa carboxylase(ACCase) activity and the content of free fatty acid(FAA) were significantly positive correlation or significant positive correlation; 5 Natural light the four different varieties of oil beans tuber crude fat extraction yield difference was not significant, different light conditions of crude fat extraction as the light intensity is reduced, oil content is also reduced.Through the above-mentioned studies, the four varieties of Cyperus, Henan and Guangxi round grain both in production and final crude fat content is higher than big grain and small grain of Shanxi, Henan, the main reasons are: one, Henan large tubers is bigger, therefore, each hole by limited number, tuber is too big, the other content may be relatively high, such as sugar content and protein content. Second, Shanxi small seed tuber is lesser, though each hole all quantity is more, but the grain is small, is not conducive to harvest, so production is bad; Tubers under small so the unit mass of crude fat content is low. Light intensity and Cyperus acetyl Co A carboxylase activity were significantly positive correlation or significant positive correlation, and show that plant acetyl Co A carboxylase activity is regulated by the light, this is mainly due to its regulatory mechanism of ATP. Under the sunlight, plants photosynthetic phosphorylation to make ATP level is higher, thereby enabling ACCase under higher activity. At the lower light intensity, the activity of Cyperus is lower. Sally Cyperus in free fatty acid content with acetyl Co A carboxylase activity present significantly positive correlation or significant positive correlation, but with the crude fat content in the tubers appear not correlation. That tuber eventually crude fat content of high and low is not controlled by the content of fatty acid or fatty acid premise.
