The Analysis Of Chemical Substance From Premna Linn Plants In Guizhou Province

Premna Linn plants are familiar which belong to the Verbenaceae。They are usually trees,shrubs and sometimes climbing plants.The plants can be usd as food and medicine materials with quite a nutritional value and medicinal value. Guizhou is one of the main origins of Premna plants with few studies.The test materials used in the thesis are derived from the Jiang Kou(JK),the Shi Qian(SQ),the Feng Gang(FG).These are four kinds of the wild plants which are the Premna fulva Craib,the c,the Premna puberula Pamp and the Premna fordii Dunn et Tutch.Bacis nutrients contents of the soluble sugar,cellulose,protein,pectin and the main medicinal ingredients of the plant polyphenols,total flavonoids are measured.The results are as follows: 1、Phenol-Sulfuric acid method is used to measured the soluble sugar.Taking the Premna fulva Ceaib. as an example,the optimum extraction technology condition of soluble sugar are as follow:the ratio of liquid to solid of 50:1,extraction temperature of 55℃,extraction time of 25 min.The test results show :the soluble sugar contents in the leaves is 1.46~3.85 times as the soluble sugar contents in the leaves branches.The Premna fulva Craib(JK)has a highest contents.The Premna puberula Pamp a lowest content in the branches and the Premna fordii Dunn et Tutch has a lowest content in the leaves.These are a big difference in the contents of the several kinds of plants.The datas hava a strong discrete with the Cv is from 0.41 to 0.47. 2、The tests of Cellulose shows that:the contens in the leaves is higher than the contents in the branches.The Premna puberula Pamp has a lowest celluse content, the Premna fordii Dunn et Tutch has a highest celluse content in the branches and the Premna cavaleriei Lévl has a highest celluse content in the leaves.The Cv is less than the 0.3 which shows that the similar celluse content in the different premna plants.Under the condition of small sample,the range of the representative of leaves and the branches are(16.01,20.59) and the(11.76,17.18). 3、The discreteness of pectin contents is low by the pectin contents tests and a strong correlation exists between the pectin content in the branches(x) and the the pectin content in the leaves.Linear regression and nonlinear regression are used to find the correlation by using the soft SPSS(16.0)。The results are y=1.1x+14.6 with the R2 0.852 and y=1.1014x2-16.819x+87.132 with the R20.963. 4、When analyze soluble sugar,cellulose,pectin as a whole,we can find that the content of soluble sugar is mimimum,the content of cellulose in the branches is lower than the pectin and the content in the leaves is just the opposite.The main saccharides is 43.19% of the total mass and is almost one half. 5、Taking the Premna fulva Ceaib. as an example,the best extraction processes of plant polyphenols and total flavonoids are founded.The best extraction process of plant polyphenols are as follow:the ratio of liquid to solid of 25:1,ethanol concentration of 60 %,extraction time of 60 min.The best extraction process of total flavonoids are as follow:the ratio of liquid to solid of 40:1,ethanol concentration of 70%,extraction time of 40 min.The contents of plant polyphenols and total flavonoids in the Premna plants are quite different.The data has a big discreteness. 6、With the above elements as evaluation factors,try to find the best variety form the 4 different plants derived from 3 different area.Take the leaves contents and the branches contents as primary factor and take the soluble sugar,cellulose,protein,pectin,plant polyphenols,total flavonoids as the secondary factors.First,the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) are used to get the weighted values.Then the Multi-factor rating weighted index summation method is used to calculate the scores.The results show that the Premna puberula Pamb.(JK)has the highest score,it’s the best variety.
