With the implementation of the interim regulations of unified registration of real estate, establish demand of property cadastral database become more and more urgent. TS measurement is one of the main techniques of right cadastral survey. Aiming a long operating cycle, labor-intensive and observing environmental impact seriously defective of TS measurement techniques, the technology of FOG north finding and inclination measurement will be used in right cadastration, for the technology of FOG/TS combined measurement has been expanded research, reducing reliance on control points and levelness, effectively improve the measurement efficiency. Through a lot of turntable tests to verify that the proposed combination measurement techniques of FOG/TS to meet the measurement accuracy of right cadastral survey.The main work of the paper includes the following aspects:(1) Given FOG/TS combined measurement program at level sensor assisted; Combined with the high efficiency and high precision requirements of right of cadastral information acquisition, four position north seeker method is chosen as the directional scheme; The partial north point calculating model of four position north seeker method in the horizontal and inclined state is deduced in detail, and the different error factors on the influence of the coefficient of static error is simulated and analyzed.(2) According to the installation error of FOG and using the total station’s characteristics that it can be horizontal and vertical rotation of 180 °, operating steps of FOG installation error self compensation are given. For sensors random error, ARMA modeling process is given. Then filtering data after modeling is conducted using kalman algorithm. In the end, the reliability of the ARMA model of sensors random error modeling is stated based on the Allan variance analysis.(3)To reduce the effects of vibration on the measurement accuracy, based on the advantages of traditional wavelet algorithm, the improved wavelet algorithm is proposed for FOG vibration signal extraction and the vibration signal is modeled based on the BP neural network. The effectiveness of this method is verified according to zero bias stability before and after compensation which is used as modeling evaluation.(4)The unified registration of real estate include housing registration, woodland registration, grassland registration, land registration,etc.Based on mapping technology and satellite positioning technology, the draft of survey technology procedures in unified registration system of real property rights is given in accordance with the unified real estate registration requirements.Combined with the research achievements in this paper and the existing achievements in inertial measurement technology,the usage rules of FOG/TS measurement technology and the strapdown inertial technology in the site measurement are described in details.
