Rural Lightning Accident Analysis And Research Of Protection Measures

Meteorological disaster of the thunder and lightning is considered as one of the ten Natural disasters by Nation Disaster Mitigation Committee. Thunder and lightning disaster brings not only serious casualties but also huge economic losses to people all over the world. Based on large number of Lightning disaster statistical data,this study analyse the cause of Lightning accident in rural area. The result of analysis shows that Lightning disaster is caused by Multiple and combination factors.This study selects Lightning accident as an research object,first of all,it analyse risk zoning of lightning disaster in henan province,by considering environment(including Social environment、 Geographic environment、 Human environment)、the population density and Level of economic development,and sorts the Lightning disaster vulnerability of 18 areas in our province. The results show that lightning disaster occurs most likely in anyang、 zhengzhou and jiaozuo.Secondly,in view of thunder and lightning disasters happened frequently,this study taking Taizi zhuang village as an example,uses the fuzzy fault tree analysis to analyze rural lightning accident. The result shows that more thunderstorm、lacking of lightning protection devices and the weak Lightning protection consciousness are the main reasons of rural lightning disasters.In the end,Starting from the actual situation,putting forward feasible Safety measures.
