In recent years, a lot of social problems caused by the technology have become an academic focus; especially the technical problems of justice which are brought by development and application of the technology have been agonizingly striking. There are two turns for contemporary philosophy: the first one of which is political, thus making political philosophy become a famous doctrine and the problems of justice become the primary topic; the second one of which is the turn of philosophy of technology, as the philosophy of technology has been a hot spot and thoughts on technology is gradually deeper. Meanwhile, technical articles are taking their own technological advantages to construct a huge empire of technology, which exerts an extensive effect on human society.The human nature and the choice of the reason of value of technology also let our attention shift from the instrumental relationship between goods and technology to ius humanus. In this background, the research on technological issues of justice are proposed, which are also certain to be an epoch subject that contemporary human are commonly concerned with.In this paper, the significance of technological justice will be delineated and the relationship between justice in general and the technological justice will be clarified. On the basis, it makes an summary of the backgrounds and necessity of justice. From STS theory’s perspective, the multi-dimensional analysis of analysis characterizes the aspect of justice and the aspect of non-justice(the predication of the technological justice) in terms of the effect that technology has on the economy, politics, culture, ethics, ecology, etc.. We come to a further understanding of the paramount influence that technology has on human existence and development and progress of our society. In the technological society, the concept of human’s self、time and space, social relationship is being powerfully reconstructed by technology. With hi-tech and industrialization, as an interior factor of the economic growth, technology has become a most powerful tool for modern people to seek wealth, power and to satisfy their desire while the subjectivity of human being is further weakened and he started obeying "absolute order" of technology. For a long time the ignorance of risk of technology and the obscure delimitation of the responsibility of the price of technology result in a justice dilemma in the age of technology. The construction and thoughts on the principles concerning the technological justice attempts to seek an effective way to solve the difficulties of technological justice, which might offer a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others might come up with valuable. In this paper, the work on the one hand can through the STS perspective make an analysis of the status quo of technology more dimensional, and through the introduction of the case can grasp the dilemma of technological justice more straightforwardly. On the other hand, it also expressed people’s social demands for technological justice, and has certain practical significance in terms of the reexamination of the influence of technology on society.
