More and more attentions are being placed on the exploitation and utilization of aeolian sand in recent years, due to the excessive usage of the resource, the gradation of aeolian sand was bad with low water retaining ability, which greatly limited the reforestation in this area, the study selected the mining vestige places in areolian sand zone in MUUS sandland. The dissertation by use of simulation experiment of re-construct soil column and rainfall to investigate the improving mechanism of mixing wind sand soil and arsenic sand stone soil ratio,single factor effect and interacted effect of growth regulator,selecting the effective ratio of mixing soil, growth regulator and both. The main conclusion are as below:1.With the increase of arsenic sand stone soil, the texture of soil turned sand soil-sandy loam-loam-silt loam and showed good particle size distribution characteristics. Soil water content, soil bulk density and capillary porosity all showed normal distribution in the depth of 0-50cm, moisture content spatial variability variable reaches intensity level, soil bulk density and capillary porosity had weak variability; The optimum soil moisture content (0-40 cm) semi-variance function was fit to linear model, and the optimum model for moisture content(40-50 cm),soil bulk density and capillary porosity is Gaussian model.There is a strong spatial autocorrelation indexes were almost entirely by structural factors (soil mixed proportional) control.2.Different mixing ratio of soil made Pn、 Gs、Ci、WUE、qP、ETR、OPS Ⅱ、PSⅡ、 Fv/Fm、POD、SOD、CAT、Chla、Chlb and Chlt of hedysarummaxim increased rapidly at first and then dropped; however, Tr、Pro、MDA、REC showed increasing trend,qN、 Chla/Chlb dropped at first and then increased.By the membership function method, TOPSIS method and principal component analysis comprehensive evaluation of the complex ratio of hedysarummaxim photosynthetic physiological indexes on the most favorable conditions for the ratio of 25% to 50%.3.Different concentration of PP333 made Pn、Tr、Gs、Ci、WUE、qP、ETR、ΦPSⅡ Fv/Fm、POD、SOD、CAT、Chla、Chlb and Chlt of hedysarummaxim rose at first and then deceased, Pro、MDA、REC all showed increasing trend, qN、Chla/Chlb showed drooped trend then rosed again. By comprehensive evaluation of all these factors, the most suitable concentration of PP333 that made the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of hedysarummaxim reasonable was 50 mg·L-1~100 mg·L-1.4.Different mixing ratio of soil together with PP333 made the daily change of P、Gs show typical double peak curve, the peak value happened in 9:00 or 10:00 and 16:00, the lowest value happened in 14:00. Tr showed one peak curve, peak value happened in 14:00, Ci showed N curve,peak value happened in 9:00 or 10:00, then lowest in 14:00; WUE of treatment 5 to 16 showed W curve, the lowest value happened in 14:00.In the interaction, complex soil ratio on the diurnal variation characteristic value of photosynthetic indicators (in addition to the minimum eigenvalues WUE) and the cumulative value, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, physiological indices play a large role. By comprehensive evaluation of all these factors, the most suitable concentration of PP333 and mixing ratio that made the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of hedysarummaxim reasonable was100 mg·L-1~50 mg·L-1 (PP333) and 25%(mixing ratio).
