As we all know, based on the fundamental realities, we started the utilization of geothermal resources since the 1970s. But after over 20 years of geothermal development, the technology still lags behind. In the development and utilization of renewable resources, geothermal resources account for a relatively small ratio, and it is far from take advantage of geothermal energy, such as clean and pollution-free. The reason may be that, on the one hand it maybe that development of science and technology lags behind, and the other is that the policy environment for dependence of traditional energy structure is controlled. With the technologies of geothermal resources exploitation maturing, the state supporting for the energy and environmental policies, and as well as Geothermal development continue to expand the application level, such as the rise of geothermal heating, health care, tourism industry and others, geothermal energy development will become an important pillar of future energy. There is no doubt that H Company is one of the earliest company of shallow geothermal energy development. Since 2000, the ground source heat pump business evolved into the core business of H company’s. With the change of the current policy environment, H companies need for strategic planning and market development, and recognize the development status, and gradually improve and optimize to promote sustainable development of H company.In this paper, we focus on the development strategy research of H company. Firstly, we analyze the current macroeconomic environment and the company’s internal environment. Combined with the development trend of the entire geothermal industry analysis, we take PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, IFE/EFE Matrix analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the development environment of the current H companies. Thus, the proposed Targeted H company’s development strategy, which highlight the core business of the geothermal system status, ground source heat pump systems business around market development, strengthening of geothermal energy investments upstream and downstream operations to improve the property, building "energy investment", "construction", "energy-saving operations and property," with the three business segments to covers the whole industrial chain.
