In this paper, we consider the following Kirchoff type equation with critical erponent where Ω(?)R3 is a bounded smooth domain, M(t)=btk+a and the parameters b> 0,a≥0,0<q<1,0< h(x)∈Lp/(p>3/2). we show that the above problem has at least one positive solution. The method we used here is based on the Nehari manifold, Ekeland’s variational principle and the concentration compactness principle.
