High-energy electromagnetic radiation in the medium surface reflection efficiency is very low, usually by spherical microporous structure of biomimetic lobster eyes, two mutually vertical wall surface in micro hole forming grazing incidence is focused on the imaging optical path, can achieve X-ray and extreme ultraviolet wide field of high-energy radiation imaging. Because the lobster eye imaging optical path has wide field and higher space resolution, it is widely noted in the space science mission. It also has important application value of people’s livelihood of national defense security and medical examination.The main content of this thesis is the imaging performance simulation research through the ray tracing method to lobster eyes road in the X ray and extreme ultraviolet. Realizing the structure of the model and parameters. The author’s main work is as follows:(1)Make a survey of the background and significance of lobster eye. Research on lobster eye imaging technology at home and abroad.(2)Analyze the common imaging method of X ray and extreme ultraviolet. According to the characteristics of space science and applied research, researching the method and principle of plane and curved square channel model and completing the overall scheme design of the lobster eye optical path.(3)Use Tracepro software to simulate Schmidt and Angel lobster eye structure imaging properties. Study imaging quality of optical path of two kinds of Schmidt model and Angel model. Make an in-depth research of the imaging properties of different structure parameters of Angel model. Selecting optimized parameters of microchannel design. Verify the correctness and feasibility of the optical path system and acquire optimized parameters, such as signal-to-noise ratio and spatial resolution.According to contrast analysis of Schmidt and Angel model simulation results, in view of general application situation of the space science instruments, the ratio of width of the hole to microporous channel length of Angel model is about 10, signal noise ratio of focusing imaging is higher. This ratio is about 50, spatial resolution of Angel is higher. In the fixed ratio of hole area and the area of hole and wall, the ratio of width of the hole to microporous channel length of Angel model is about 60, imaging has better focusing effects and imaging structure is clear. The research of this thesis can provide theoretical basis for the realization of the prototype.
