The main part of Huayang Lake and Shengjin Lake nature reserves are typical lakes that linking to the rivers, the research of aquatic plant even the plant diversity in whole nature reserves is very important to protect and control the plant diversity. This complete survey on the vascular plants in Shengjin Lake and Huayang Lake wetland has been done form August 2014 to June 2015 and on April, July, October in 2015 and January in 2016 respectively. And the aquatic plant distribution of the four seasons, diversity index of wetland plant and similarity index in Longgan Lake, Huangda Lake and Po Lake were studied. The flora of vascular plants in Huayang Lake and Shengjin Lake was analysed and compared.1. There are 496 vascular plant species belonging to 348 genera in 121 families in Huayang Lake and 510 vascular plant species belonging to 335 genera in 125 families in Shengjin Lake. The main distribution types are Cosmopolitan, Pantropic and North Temperate in two nature reserves. The two regions has the dual nature of subtropical and warm temperate zone. Aquatic plants in Huayang Lake are formed of 13 species belonging to 12 genera and 12 families, including emergent plants, floating plants and submerged plants. Plants distribute significantly different in four seasons:aquatic plant species and distribution is wide in spring and summer, while plant species and distribution area is sparse in autumn and winter, only appearing near of the offshore. All seasons aquatic plant appears in the West of Lake Longgan attributing to the local protection measures.3. The diversity index, richness index and evenness index were compared among these lakes:In the spring,the whole Lake> Huangda Lake> Longgan Lake> Po Lake; in summer, the whole Lake> Huangda Lake> Po Lake> Longgan Lake;In autumn, the whole Lake> Po Lake> Longgan Lake> Huangda Lake. Diversity index appeared significantly different:Longgan Lake> the whole lake> Po Lake> Huangda Lake, the diversity index of Longgan Lake reached 7.66, markedly higher than the other three; in winter, Huangda Lake>the whole lake> Po Lake> Longgan Lake. Overall, diversity index of spring, summer and autumn was more than 5.00, the diversity index(5.46), richness index(0.95) and evenness index(0.95) in autumn was the highest; three index of summer is 5.12,0.95 and 0.95 respectively, higher than the former; however, the three index is the lowest in winter, respectively as 4.48,0.91 and 0.91.4. The similarity index show that the similarity coefficient of different areas in the same season was 4 levels, that is to say, the same season in all the lakes between the diversity index difference was relatively small; the similarity index between the same Lake were grade 3 what amounts to mild similar; parts of the lake in two seasons(summer and winter) is 2 equated to dissimilarity sparkly. In a word, the species among Huayang Lake in the same season is very small owing to the closer distance and the similar moisture and heat possibly; while the large variation of species in each season indicates that the species varies greatly in each season, which is potentially related to growth cycle of species and the adaptability to the external environment.5. Ass.Carex thunbergii is the advantage association of coastal tidal flats inHuayang Lake and Shengjin Lake. The number, height, coverage, biomass of Carex thunbergii in different water depth are obviously different. Through analyzing the correlation between number, height, coverage, biomass of Carex thunbergii change with depth, it shows that the coverage and biomass is highly significant correlation with depth (p<0.001), the number is significant correlation with depth (p<0.05), but the height is not significant correlation with depth (p>0.05).
