It has been found sulfate reduction effect phenomenon strongly in groundwater of coal bearing aquifer in Huainan Coal field, characterized by containing gas H2S, rich organic matter, and a large number of native sulfate-reducing bacteria by the bacteriological tests. From Huainan paner Coal Mine under its 530m deep east mining limestone drain besides E8-2 level ground hole (final hole horizon:C313 carboniferous Taiyuan Formation containing small cave lime rock) in groundwater samples, as a source of the bacteria, and paner coal mine as the coal sample to analysis such bacteria for anaerobic metabo-lism of carbon source and the organic components in coal.Strains of survey found a large number of native sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), groundwater in the coal measures in which to explore the sulfate-reducing bacteria can multipl survive cause and the sources of carbon source, choose part of macromolecular organic matter in coal samples,Oleic acid,Bis(2-ethylhexyl) adpiate,2-hexyl-1-Decanol, linoleic acid,Naphthalene,2,6-dimethyl、Lino-leic acid as the sulfate reducing bacteria metabolism of energy substances in the experient,Add pulverized coal group and the blank group at the same time, using GC-MS analysis system before and after vaccination sulfate-reducing bacteria types and organic matter content changes, at the same time the experiment process of testing the physical and chemical parameters, and by using gas chromatography determination of small organic molecules, kinds and content changes.Experiments show that sulfate-reducing bacteria can effectively degrade, Oleic acid,Bis(2-ethylhexyl) adpiate,2-hexyl-1-Decanol, linoleic acid, coal effectively, 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, etc. Their degradation mechanism is that under the effect of sulfate reducing bacteria, the final macromolecular substances into its original structure can be similar, different molecular weight of the new material, further utilized by bacteria.WhileMethyl Palmitate, Naphthalene,2,6-dimethyl can not be effective degradation by sulfate reducing bacteria.
