| By using the theory of braided structures in Hopf algebras, we shall introduce group cotwisted tensor biproducts and discuss their coquasitriangular structures and establish the necessary and sufficient conditions for group cotwisted tensor biproducts to be coquasitriangular Hopf group algebras.
