In recent years, complex networks research causing high-profile by different fields researchers. In biology research field, computing research field, economic research field, neurological research field, physics research field and others, using the theory of complex networks method for analysis and interpretation qualitatively, to find the rule in social network which represented by the complex network. In the study process of the subject, network transmission dynamics has become the focus of research currently on all fields, as a result of closely relationship among it and human life, health,property, security and social public security. The combination research of complex network and disease spreading dynamics has become the main trend.In this article, using typical the network model, to research the influence mechanism of contact behavior spread and network structure relations in the spread process of infectious diseases, and integrating simulation platform for real-time analysis infectious disease spread process, to assess the effectiveness of different control measures. Analysis the spread of infectious diseases with the changing of information strength and network structure put forward effective immune algorithm, which will improve the efficiency of immune controller, provide theory basis for the epidemic control and prevention on social network. In this paper, the main research content and contributions are as following:First of all, in this article, study the behavior spread and kinetic process of disease spreading, based on the behavior of the complex diversity. On the small world network topology, research the affection of information influence, inoculated proportion and the probability of information transmission between individuals on infectious disease outbreaks. The research of this article, will predict the trend and outbreak of infectious disease spread with vaccination information influence changes on different network groups, and provides effective theory basis for the monitoring and control of infectious diseases.Secondly, in the article, based on the social relationship of individual, simulate the dynamic evolution process of complex inoculation behavior and infectious disease on the network. We established behavior model, to analysis the influence of socialrelationship on the individual vaccination, and the spread of infectious diseases. The study considering the influence of individual social relationships, more consistent with the real scene, and will provide more accurate scientific theory reference for infectious disease control and prevention.Finally, in this article, based on some unconventional emergencies, and its associated "online" communication network, integrated warning and control visualization display platform of the public opinion and outbreak. According to the structure and evolution of social networks,integrated different network models. And on this basis, the outbreak early warning and control as the main function to carry on the design, analysis the propagation law of dynamic model, early warning and control strategy; Dynamic display the spread of the epidemic process on different network structure, the control process with adopting different control strategy, as well as the display of evaluation index and so on.
