| The problem of rumor propagation and word-of-mouth information dissemination is an important part of the research on the dynamics of information spreading in complex networks.The immunization strategy of rumor spread helps to reduce the economic loss and political influence caused by rumors,and helps maintain social stability.The research of word-of-mouth information dissemination facilitates the development of appropriate sales policies to increase corporate profits.Modeling through the different propagation laws of information in complex networks and formulating effective immune control strategies are important contents of information propagation dynamics research.In this paper,based on different network structure modeling methods,the problem of information propagation in complex networks is studied,and control immunity strategies are proposed for different models.The theoretical support involves complex network theory,mean field theory,stability theory and optimal control theory.First,for the problem of rumor propagation under the two propagation channels of friend and marketing account push,a rumor propagation model based on the two channels is established by using the modeling method of uniform network,and the dynamics analysis includes deriving the rumor-free equilibrium point and rumor prevalence equilibrium point of the model;calculating the basic reproduction number by using the next generation matrix theory;proving the stability theory of asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point.Finally,the optimal control strategy is formulated.Secondly,for individual differences in social networks,a modeling method of heterogeneous networks is used in conjunction with mean field theory to establish a rumor propagation model with autoimmunity and forgetting law in a cyclic mode,and a dynamics analysis including calculation of the equilibrium point of the model,the basic reproduction number,and the threshold of rumor propagation;the local asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point and the global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point are proved by the Routh-Hurwitz criterion and Lyapunov stability theory.Finally,two different immunization strategies for heterogeneous networks are developed and the immunization effects are compared.Again,to address the influence of comments on information dissemination in social networks,a node-level network modeling approach is used to model the interactive dissemination of rumor information and truth information in complex networks based on the comment mechanism.In order to minimize the loss of rumors,the problem is modeled as an optimization problem by taking the expected loss of rumors as the objective function while considering the cost of rumor control,and the optimal control strategy to achieve rumor immunity by controlling comments is obtained and compared with the uniform control strategy to demonstrate the superiority of the optimal control strategy.Finally,since word-of-mouth information dissemination can have an impact on the profitability of merchandise sales,a node-level word-of-mouth dissemination model based on silent word-of-mouth,positive word-of-mouth,and negative word-of-mouth is developed in a complex network using a node-level network modeling approach.In order to obtain more after-sales praise to achieve profit maximization,a dynamic optimal control strategy with after-sales service as a means to develop the optimal after-sales service input ratio is developed,and the superiority of the optimal control strategy compared with the uniform control strategy is confirmed. |
