In recent years, more than 30000 sets of regional automatic weather station have built and put into use for the country. The number of equipment is increasing rapidly, but the maintenance personnel quantity is basically unchanged, and the maintenance of equipment is simple and backward, which has restricted the stable and reliable operation of regional automatic weather station. In order to solve the above problems and improve the protection ability of the equipment, it is urgent to need a set of remote fault diagnosis system of automatic weather station. In this thesis, In order to solve the problem of there is no the remote fault diagnosis system for regional automatic weather station until now. Design and development of a set of equipment state acquisition(software) and field fault diagnosis system used by Station maintenance staff. A set of remote fault diagnosis center used by the system administrator and the provincial supervisor. So as to establish a set of perfect remote fault diagnosis system based on Android. System develops the software of equipment status information acquisition based on embedded real-time operating system Small RTOS51. Programming design using C language in the development of Kel uVision2. Remote fault diagnosis system of regional automatic weather station is developed on the Android platform, Including field diagnostic system and remote fault diagnosis center. The system uses the BASIC language to carry on the programming design in the development environment which is Basic4 android. The system establishes the fault knowledge base of SQLite which is a lightweight database management system integrated with the Android platform. Station maintenance staff can use the equipment status information to obtain status information, which is transmitted to the field faults diagnosis system by means of wireless Bluetooth, and the diagnosis results is obtained. If you fail to diagnose, You can get phone help from the remote technical experts that is the provincial monitoring of the remote. So as to solve the problem fundamentally. The significance of this thesis is to provide a complete set of remote fault diagnosis system for the regional automatic weather station. It meets the growing demand for the diagnosis of primary stations, but also can greatly reduce the pressure on the provincial monitoring center. It can effectively protect the long-term stable operation of the regional automatic weather stations, and plays an important role in disaster prevention and mitigation.
