Based on the northern part of Northeast China for the study area, rested the digital map in 1959, TM remote sensing images in 2010 and the observed and reanalysis of the average temperature data, using geographic information system and OMR method. For analyseed of the sensitivity of LUCC to temperature changes in the North, and explores factors affect to temperature change of different land types. Results show that:(1) In 1960 s, research districted land using type to woodland, arable land, swamp, and grass mainly, accounted for 97.975%. Which woodland area maximum, and most wide, accounted for 40.696%. Followed by arable land, swamp, meadow, the regions respectively accounted for 25.607%, 20.669% and 10.963%. The water, construction land and other land had minimum land, minimal proportion and dispersed distribution. 2010 s dominated by arable land and woodland, arable land accounted for the largest proportion of 42.770%. Arable mainly distributed in the Songnen plains and Sanjiang plain area, woodland was mainly distributed in the northern, central and southeastern of Heilongjiang province, marsh and the grassland area is lesser, 6.804%, 4.103%of the total area, the water, construction land and other land had scattered distribution.(2) Compared with 1960 s and 2010 s, arable land, water area, construction land and other land increased, and the arable land increased the most, followed by construction land. The main land use types in 1960s~2010s transformed between farmland, forest, grassland and marsh. In the same two period land using type, continued arable land, and continued woodland by accounted for proportion maximum, both accounted for full district total area of 51.623%, and different land use type conversed in the area was woodland turned arable land, grass turned arable land, swamp turned arable land, and swamp turned woodland four species conversion type had largest proportion.(3) North northeast of the observed mean annual temperature variation showed a significant upward trend, the spatial variation in present showed up western changes greatly, the eastern little change trend. Winter and spring were increased and in summer and autumn were significantly increased. Reanalysis of the internal variation of average temperature also showed a significant upward trend, varies in the East, North and West of small changes. Winter temperature trend rate of maximum, followed by autumn and summer and lowest in spring, spring and winter were increased, and in summer and autumn was significantly increased.(4) The average temperature of OMR except the northern and central regions showed a warming trend, other places showed a downward trend. The temperature of autumn and summer trend is clearly and reduction, and summer is quite large and has a significant decreasing trend, spring and winter spatial trend is similar. According to different land use types, sensitivity analysis based on the measured site corresponding land use types and land using type concentrated distribution extraction this three species method for sensitivity analysis, integrated obtained conclusion: Continued grass in annual, summer, autumn on temperature of changes are is sensitivity, spring, winter not sensitive; continued arable land annual, spring, autumn and winter sensitive, summer on temperature of changes not sensitive; continued woodland except summer sensitive outside, annual, spring, autumn and winter are not sensitive; continued waters except summer not sensitive outside, annual, spring, autumn and winter are sensitive; continued swamp annual and the quarter are sensitive; continued construction annual, spring and autumn sensitive, summer and winter not sensitive; continued other except spring on temperature of changes not sensitive outside, annual and the quarter are rendering sensitivity; grass turned arable land annual, spring and winter on temperature of changes sensitive, summer, and autumn not sensitive; woodland turned arable land annual, spring, autumn and winter are sensitive, summer on temperature of changes not sensitive; swamp turned arable land annual, spring and winter are sensitive, summer and autumn on temperature of changes not sensitive; swamp turned woodland except summer on temperature of changes sensitive outside, annual, spring, autumn and winter are not sensitive. Different land surface albedo is obtained by argument type sensitivity to temperature changes cause and land use on the contribution rate of temperature change.
