Study On The Prospecting Method Of Song Mountain Duanshanzi Fracture Zone

In the past, despite a lot of manpower and material resources devoted into the mid-north of Liaoning, the geological prospecting effort is poor, which resulting in a slower development of mining economy in this area. Based on the past geological data collection, this study made a deep research and discussion on the geological structure, mineralization controlling factors and prospecting methods of Song Mountain duanshanzi fracture zone, discovered the deficiency and problems in the past exploration, put forward a new theory and method of prospecting, made a practice and research of the new method in the experimentation area, and found the independent zinc ore in the west fracture zone and caojia village gold ore in the middle, which has made a major breakthrough. New prospecting methods are summarized and the prospecting model was set up in this study, which has important guiding significance to the geological prospecting of mid-north Liaoning.
