Shuttle-shaped compression thin-walled member having light weight, high load capacity, good stability and beautiful application of the building, it has been widely used in modern engineering structures. However, there are cracks is inevitable in the thin-walled structures, stability problems it causes more prominent, due to the complexity of the problem, analytical solution or semi-analytical solution of the problem of the vast majority of only a handful of questions have to be by means of a numerical method can only be addressed effectively. In this paper, the hinged ends of cracked thin-walled eccentric compression column for the analysis model, ANSYS software to study the thin-walled structures with cracks eccentric compression elastic stability and ultimate bearing capacity and effects of analysis of crack deflection exists for thin-walled cylinder, crack-section displacement and stability critical load.Based on J integral theory, thin-walled elastic cylinder of box cross-section, circular cross-section and spindle circular cross-section influence of various factors on the stress intensity factor at the crack state, the main consideration are as follows : load α, eccentricity ε, crack length ξ, wedge rate γ, and the stress intensity factor in fitting the data on the basis of this article, among, the stress intensity factor formula of shuttle circular cross-section 23(0.4422 5.769 5.246) 104IRKtσ πθ γ-=- + ×.Studying regular pattern of the maximum deflection of the elastic column and crack cross-section of box section, circular cross-section and shuttle circular cross-section,analysis of the crack exists for thin-wall column deflection and crack-sectional displacement effects, also studied eccentricity ε, load factor α and so on it.Researching ultimate bearing capacity of box-section, circular cross-section and spindle circular cross-section elastic column, study the impact on the critical load cracks, also investigated the crack length ξ, eccentricity ε, wedge rate γ, equivalent slenderness ratio factor in their impact.
