Aviation olique image have broken restrict of straight photography in traditional photogrammetry. The abundant and full range of geometry texture information could be obtained. With the increasing requirement of people to city information service. The city informatization have developed from two-dimensional to three-dimensional. However, nowadays three-dimensional modeling of city is in the stage of manual modeling and the ground getting texture. Obvious, if the olique image is used to produce ground DSM. Using its abundant and clear ground texture information to texture model. The efficiency of three-dimensional model will make a big improve. In spite of using olique image service or constructing three-dimensional model by olique image. There is a need that image have enough precise position and posture information. The main research in the paper is how to get the positioning and orientation parameters of oblique images and three-dimensional modeling of building based on oblique image.In this paper, comparative analysis of two algorithms about obtain location and orientation parameters in olique image: direct geographical orientation and integrate sensor orientation. DG is to determine position and orientation parameters of POS aerial systems used for inversion imaging process directly, followed by using forward intersection by stereo image pairs to determine the coordinates of the image point of the ground. This method does not require ground control points do not need to be encrypted photogrammetry; ISO is to bring the position and orientation parameters of POS aerial systems into photogrammetric block adjustment, After using the mathematical model and algorithm of uniform to get Precise exterior orientation elements and Ground coordinates of the object point. This paper analyzes the mathematical model of these two algorithms through experiments compare the accuracy of these two algorithms.With the city building as an example, there are four method to construct three-dimensional model elaborated in the paper. Two software to construct model are introduced with the four method. They are the 3ds max exploited by the Discreet company and the DpModeler exploited by Wuhan Sky Aviation Mdt InfoTech Ltd in 2013. First, in general terms the structure of the building is divided into simple and complex structure of the building construction, the basic construction of complex structures can be seen as more than a simple structure made of composite building, Therefore, this paper describes a simple model structure of the building construction methods. In the simple structure of the building, According to the roof is subdivided into about three types, and then were studied and DpModeler 3ds Max modeling approach for these three types, the advantages and disadvantages of these two oblique image obtained modeling software. DP Modeler software for three-dimensional modeling of image building tilted more convenient, but the accuracy and detail processing section is not high 3ds Max.With olique image data, The three-dimensional model of a building in yangjiang of guangdong province is constructed by using DpModeler. And the experience is carried out to explain the feasibility of orientation parameter got by integrated sensor and convenience of model software.
