The basis of the theme: It is becoming degenerate trend for natural environment in Tibet Plateau, which made the decrease of biology resource and the increase of natural disasters, and had a bad impact on the speed of economic development. The contradiction among the population, resource and environment of Tibet Plateau is becoming acute. It has become a global common focus that keeping the balance of Tibet Plateau zoology and renewable using of natural resource. No.318 and No.214 national highway, and No.306 provincial highway in Tibet Municipality traverse Tibet Plateau. Due to the peculiar physical geography environment, the landslips, the coasts and the mud-rock flows frequently break out, which limits the expediting of Chengdu-Lhasa highway and the process of the Western Development. Therefore, I have selected this theme by dint of the tutorial processing study project:"the investigation and research of geological disasters in Chengdu-Lhasa's national highway"from《the investigation and monitoring for zoology geography environment in Tibet Plateau》. The objective and the content of this paper: To construct three-dimensional remote sensing images models, and in order to investigate areal geology disasters along the Chengdu-Lhasa's national highway, and the characters and the causes of formation of the representative disasters, and also to evaluate their fatalness. All of above, in order to local economic development and the Western Development. It needs to deeply research hereinafter on the basis of present study. (1)To construct three-dimensional remote sensing images models for regional characters and representative geological disasters, depending on digital relief maps and three-dimensional remote sensing images. (2)On the basis of the former scholars'achievements, and by virtue of three-dimensional topography model technology, attention will be diverted from the locales of disasters to the surrounding geography environment of the headstream. For example, as to mud-rock flows, we should emphasize all kinds of topography and physical environmental conditions, and evolving trend in future, as well as dangerousness. (3)By means of formers'modeling thoughts, assessing models of danger degree are established, and then, the danger degree has been assessed. (4)To forecast the possibility of chance and the dangerousness to traffic in which it is similar to areas where there have been disasters. (5)To forecast the possibility of new disasters and the dangerousness based on current situation. The research scheme/the technological method and the process: (1)To comprehensively collect formers'achievements about regional geology disasters, and then, to synthetically comprehend and analyze the disasters distributing rules and the dangerousness along the Chengdu-Lhasa's national highway. (2)Because three-dimensional topography models can make people appreciate and understand the geographical features of a district, visually and vividly. Hereby, three-dimensional topography models are constructed for disasters and regions, based on three kinds of scales of digital relief map:1:250000, 1:100000 and 1:10000, which respectively points to macroscopical hypsography, medium-sized hypsography and microscopical hypsography, and itcan give people an overview of the terrain feature, form far to nearby and from cursoriness to detail. (3)By virtue of satellitic images and aero images, it can been interpreted representative geological disasters, and regional information. (4)To make a field reconnaissance of the work, and the results of investigation will be feedback for laboratory's achievements. (5)From above all, to mouse out the causes of disasters. (6)The assessment of danger degree to disasters:to assess the danger degree of the disasters in virtue of the hypsography characters+the formers'achievements+the datum of field reconnaissance+the models of the danger degree assessing(Grey Clustering Model and Grey Sort Model), and to forecast the possibility of chance of new disasters. The main achievements of this article: (1)The three-dimensional models has been constructed. (2)On the basis of the three-dimensional models, it can been interpreted the regional features and the representative geological disasters, and then, we have comprehended and mastered the causes and the rules of the geological disasters. (3)The assessing models of danger degree to the representative disasters are established. (4)The assessment of danger degree based on the assessing models of danger degree to the representative disasters, and the forecast and the analysis the possibility of new disasters in future. The research feature of this article: The research feature of this article is that we have constructed three-dimensional Remote Sensing images models, and interpreted the regional terrain features and the representative disasters, by means of the technique and the method of the investigation and verification on field.
