Research On The Evaluation Index System Establishment And Evaluation Methods Of Mining Administration Data Quality

In recent years, Countries carries out the works of "golden soil project", the national second land investigation, revision of land use planning, inspections on-site of the mining right that directly promoted the progress of mine administration management informationization.But these datas exist shortcomings of source dispersion, logic errors, redundancy, backward save method and stored in a different way,which deeply affects quality of the mining administration datas, and decrease of reliability and usability, therefore, studying these multi-source data quality,finding the problems in data will is good to improve the quality of administration and management database construction.Based on the analysis of the content, characteristics and the source of the data quality problem, studying the evaluation process and evaluation methods of the mining administration datas evaluation.Aiming at the lack of unified and quantitative evaluation index of mining administration datas quality in the evaluation, based on the study of literature analysis and national policy on standards, selecting evaluation index system of the mining administration data quality due to documents statistical methods,and then giving the method to screen the evaluation index of the mining administration datas based on rough sets and gray theory combining.The method let gray clustering replace the rough equivalence relation centralized analyzed, then using the attribute reduction of rough set to screen the evaluation indexes. Through the entropy method to determine the index weight, avoiding the weight of subjective and arbitrary.Last, using Ordos city’s mining administration data as the research object to study quality evaluation.Comparisions and analysis the data quality score bettwen the index reduction and without reduction index, the results show that the proposed method is better than the traditional method in evaluation index selection.
