Study On Lycosoidea Classification And DNA Barcoding Of Xiaowutai Mountains Natural Reserve

Lycosoidea of Xiaowutai Mountains include Lycosidae, Pisauridae, Oxyopidae, Zoropsidae and Ctenidae. The dissertation deals with the classification and DNA barcod ing of Lycosoidea in Xiaowutai Mountains Natural Reserve.This dissertation includes two parts. The first part is the classification on Lycosoidea, which contain 5 families, 14 genera and 49 species. The dissertation provided key characteristics to all families, genera and species and presented photos and illustrations to some species. Among them, including 5 new records of Heibei Province, Pardosa laura Karsch, 1879, P. monticola(Clerck, 1757), P. mixta(Kulczyński, 1887), P. pseudoannulata(B?senberg & Strand, 1906) and P. mongolica Kulczyński, 1901); and we also revised Zoropsis pekingensis Schenkel, 1953.The second part is DN A barcoding study of Lycosoidea in Xiaowutai Mountains. The 321 DNA barcoding was obtained by using universal primers(LCO,HCO) from 5 families, 22 species. we analyzed the subtitution frequence and subtitution pattern, Substitution saturation analysis, Interspecies genetic distance and Substitution saturation analysis of DN A sequence by using some biosofts, such as Clustal X 1.83 、MEGA 5.0. This part also contrasts classification and DNA barcoding of Lycosoidea in Xiaowutai Mountains by NJ tree.The dissertation detailed study on the spiders of Lycosoidea in Xiaowutai Mountains Natural Reserve by classical classification and DNA barcod ing.
