Wetland ecosystem has strong function of storing carbon, carbon cycle capacity of wetland ecosystem decision ecological balance within the region to a certain extent in three large terrestrial ecosystem.The Ebinur Lake wetland as larger wetlands in northwest region of China which has important value in the maintenance of the ecological environment in northern and northwest China. This paper takes the Ebinur Lake Wetland edge with the typical plant communities of photosynthetic rate and root soil respiration rate as the research object, using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system and LI-8100 of soil respiration apparatus, study of reed community and tamarix community photosynthetic rate and soil respiration rate were correlated with determination in 2013 September. Through the method of analysis and regression analysis of the relationship among the plant photosynthesis rate and environmental conditions, soil respiration rate and environmental conditions, photosynthetic rate of plant and soil respiration rate, established the mechanism of the effect of photosynthetic rate and soil respiration in plants, and provide a theoretical basis offer the qualitative evaluation of the Ebinur Lake Wetland ecosystem service value, the results are as follows:(1)The variation characteristics of two kinds of plant photosynthetic rate showed the change trend of Shuangfeng curve, the peak of reed and tamarix chinensis photosynthetic rate appeared almost at the same time.The first time of peak appeared at about 11:00, the second time at about 13:00. The distribution range of two plants of two times the peak differences.The reed community performanced the first peak > second peak, the tamarix chinensis performanced the first peak < second peak, there are a lot of differences between the two plants.(2)Features of soil respiration rate diurnal variation of two kinds of plant community. Reed root soil respiration rate showed Shuangfeng curve, the change trend of tamarix community soil respiration rate showed a single peak curve. In the distribution of time,comparison of photosynthetic rate and root soil respiration rate of reed,peak rate of soil respiration appeared time push after about one hour.(3) Correlation and regression analysis about the changes of photosynthetic rate and environmental factors in plants showed that, there are many environmental factors affected plant photosynthetic rate, the solar radiation, CO2 concentration, relative humidity, temperature, transpiration rate of plants have stronger effect of photosynthetic rate, the influence mechanism of plant photosynthetic rate together to form various kinds of factor. There are some differences between all kinds of factor correlation respectively with two kinds of plant photosynthetic rate. Transpiration rate, relative humidity, solar radiation has high correlation with reed of photosynthetic rate, and there was no significant correlation between CO2 concentration and temperature.Tamarix chinensis photosynthetic rate was significantly correlated with solar radiation, and negatively correlated with CO2 concentration, and the relative air humidity weak correlation, there was no significant correlation about the transpiration rate and temperature.(4)Correlation analysis of soil respiration rate and environmental factors that, there was a correlation between soil respiration rate and 0~5cm depth of soil temperature and humidity of reed community significantly. Soil respiration rate of tamarix chinensis root significantly with 0~5cm depth of soil humidity and CO2 concentration correlation.The correlation between soil respiration rate and various environmental factors have some differences in the two types of plant community samples.(5)The plant has the relation of mutual influence between the photosynthetic rate and soil respiration rate. There is a certain relationship between photosynthetic rate and soil respiration rate of tamarix chinensis, photosynthetic rate and root soil respiration rate with strong ties; The respiratory rate between photosynthetic rate and weak reed root soil, the changes of photosynthetic rate and root soil respiration rate was not close enough.
