Generally, the fuzzy uncertainty is always involved in a kind of decision-making problems such as interactive decision-making and group personnel allocations. For instance, the emotional preferences of decision makers are reportedly have somewhat impacts on decision making results. In this sense, it is of practical significance to make computers represent human emotions able to assist decision-making solving. From perspectives of both rational and sentimental emotions, this thesis conducts a comprehensive research on emotional preferences. A personality characteristics’ model and a semantic preferential model are established to describe the rational and emotional characteristics as well as to analyze, calculate and represent the objective and subjective preference. Based on the mathematical model of personality, a personality assessment system is developed to simulate the calculations of preferences by means of Dreamer waver, a database and Web development tool. Subsequently, a preferential semantic expression method is proposed to translate conditional statements into logical formulas which can achieve the global satisfaction of judgments by logical reasoning.Based on the two kinds of models, corresponding emotional preference models are created for personnel allocations and interactive multi-objective decision-making problems. Thus, the decision-making process can reveal much more human intelligence through the interactive solutions, showing the validity of the proposed method.
