In recent years,strong demand for oil and natural gas continues to increase in the global market, but the shallow oil and gas resources are very limited, so the oil and natural gas exploration tends to harsh environment in deep formation for oil and gas, The depth of 7000 meters’ high temperature and high pressure well more and more, While the logging instrument which the maximum temperature is 175 ℃ and the maximum pressure is 140 Mpa to meet the needs of exploration and development has many problems exist:(1) the old aging equipment, circuit, instrument needs to be updated;(2) the blockade of foreign technology and the parts is hard to find;(3) this kind of instrument is 90 time of foreign product, temperature and pressuer resistance cannot meet the high temperature well logging technology. In order to meet the need of exploration and development of production and break the monopoly of the Foreign Company for the technology market, We must develop the miniaturized logging instrument series which based on the existing ECLIPS5700 logging system.This thesis focuses on the problem of logging instruments, Which taking the communication instrument of ECLIPS5700 system as the main object of study, Breaking through the technical bottleneck of communication protocol and developing the core software of 3516 communication system, Eventually forming miniaturized communication Instrument which can connet ECLIPS5700 logging system. Its main function is in the combination logging instrument provides commands for non WTS data transmission interface, it receives the command of ground system, controling non WTS instrument’ operation, and sending the collected data to the ground system. The key technology in the development of the instrument is hanging with ECLIPS5700 ground system. in temperature resistance, because of the current chip’s maximum temperature index was 125 ℃, In order to increase the instrument’s temperature index, the approach taken is to design a high performance insulation bottle. So we complete the ECLIPS5700 complex functions in the limited space and our research results are obtained as follows:1. Combined with advanced electronic technology at home and abroad, designing new and high reliability circuit.2. Realization the localization of imported instruments.3. Designing Chester encoding、 decoding、filtering,、A/D conversion and Linear correction software which base on programmable chip.4. Designing System control software base on a programmable chip.
