The biodiversity is the material foundation of existence and development of human society. It plays an important role in maintaining the global ecological balance and sustainable development of mankind. Therefore, a good understanding for the diversity and distribution of biological factors is one of the core areas of geography and ecology research and leading edge issues. Since human activities is an important factor to affect biodiversity, there is significant meaning to study on how human activities to make effects on biodiversity. Then we can have a better understanding of biodiversity protection. Poyang Lake eco-economic zone, due to its superior geographical location and ecological conditions, strive to build a typical demonstration area of harmonious development of ecological and social economy. However, with the intensity and frequency of human activities, the regional ecological environment has been damaged, the regional landscape has changed, and the regional biodiversity has been threatened seriously. It is important to evaluate the distribution of biodiversity within the region and the relationship with human activities. This paper in Poyang Lake Eco- Economic Zone as the study area, county as a unit collect regional biodiversity, land use maps and related statistical yearbook data, the analysis of regional biodiversity at the county level distribution pattern, then carries on the evaluation. According to the regional reality and the relevant principle, the human activity index system is constructed, and then the correlation analysis is carried out.Using Fragstats3.3 landscape analysis software to calculate the landscape index of 38 counties, correlation analysis and regional biodiversity, so as to explore the analysis of landscape pattern characteristics of biodiversity study of the mechanism of the effects. The main conclusions are as below:(1) The biodiversity in the area is relatively abundant and reduces from lake core area to the outskirt.(2) Population density, urbanization rate, GDP per capita, net income,built-up area percentage, conservation area are significantly associated with regional biodiversity. The results of progressive regress also indicates that urbanization rate > built-up area percentage >conservation area > GDP per capita. The effects of human activities on the regional biodiversity are significant. Thus the conflicts between biodiversity conservation and development is still very serious.(3)The correlation between landscape index and regional biodiversity in landscape type landscape index showed that the complex relationship of cultivated land landscape to biodiversity. Forest land is the main habitat of animals and plants, and provides a better environment for growth. However, the correlation between the landscape features of the woodland and the correlation of the species was not significant, and many negative correlation was found. But the wetland landscape index and the regional biological diversity exist significant positive correlation.Description of regional biodiversity main habitat is on area of wetland landscape, forest landscape, at the same time as main grain producing area, the influence of farmland landscape also nots allow to ignore. Therefore, it is important to protect the wetland, woodland and cultivated land in the region to maintain the biodiversity of the region.(4) Landscape level landscape index and biological diversity between the correlation analysisshowed that, the landscape of the size, number, shape, diversity of on biological diversity and various biological processes have a greater impact. The relationship between the features of the regional landscape pattern and the biodiversity has a good correlation, and the relationship is complex.
