Negative refractive index materials with an unusual have gradually become a booming new disciplines. It has attracted many scientists engaged in related research, including classical electromagnetism, optics, materials science, nanotechnology, semiconductor devices, etc. Negative refractive index materials has become one of the hot topics around the world.Up to now, research on negative refraction has made great progress. But the design and application of most of the negative refraction material is still in the laboratory stage, and because of its complex structure design, the transmission loss of high electromagnetic severely restricts the application and development of negative refractive index materials. In recent years, with a negative refractive index materials applied research in-depth and promotion, as well as research based on transmission line theory and photonic crystal structure on the negative refraction effects of the multi-dimensional step by step and breakthrough, multidimensional negative refractive index material needs become increasingly prominent. Therefore, this paper explores the field of quantum optics quantum interference effect on two-dimensional optical band realized the possibility of negative refractive index, in order to enrich the multi-dimensional approach to achieve negative refraction materials. This article can be divided into six parts:Chapter 1 introduces the research background, significance and main contents of this paper; Chapter 2 describes the theoretical basis of this study -- the semi-classical theory of light and matter interact.Chapter 3 we propose to implement a two-dimensional negative permeability feasibility based on quantum interference effects in a A-type three-level atomic system. Through the use of light and matter interaction theory, we have established a corresponding theoretical model and realized the negative permeability isotropic two-dimensional plane by regulating the probe field detuning standing wave field coupling, the coupling standing wave field phase. In this study basis, Chapter 4 under adjusting strong coupling light field intensity and SGC effect, V-type three-level atomic system show isotropic left effect in the xy plane. We realize the two-dimensional isotropic negative refraction effect on the atomic level.Chapter 5 summarizes the main work of this paper, and further research needs to ask questions based on in-depth study of the current work.
