Spectrum characteristics of featureis the basis of remote sensing quantitative analysis and important content of the basic research of remote sensing. It also is the basis of remote sensing detection, remote sensor band key based on optimized combination, on the basis of remote sensing information extraction and feature recognition, is the prerequisite to develop quantitative remote sensing research. Field measured spectral data is an indispensable step in remote sensing quantitative analysis, using computer technology to store, manage and analyze the measured spectral data, can improve the level of the use of remote sensing information.We fould the field spectroscopy data acquisition, data processing and feature extraction technology and method, in view of the system application requirements and business process, the system function modules, system architecture and database data standard, data storage, data model and data table structure design, a typical spectral database has been created in the SQL Server 2008 at qinghai lake basin, under the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development environment, the spectral database system is developed using c # language programming, including the spectrum management, query and data display and analysis, and other functions.Login system is divided into two ways that contains the administrator login and user login, and the administrator can manage users of the system.Management of the data is the foundation of the system function, in order to effectively browse spectral data;Adding the data is an important function of the system, which can add new spectral data to the system;Querying and displaying of the data is the core of the system function, according to the number of sampling points, the single spectral curve and related main attribute informations can be displayed;Analysis of the data is one of the upgrades for querying and displaying, which can put the two spectral curves in the same interface display at the same time.
