Along with the rapid development of dalian port shipping industry and the Marine economy and the construction of port to promote the city, dalian adjusted the function of port planning and in tegration, solved the problem of the lack of original port berth and yard to meet the needs of cargo throughput and operational capacity, built the regional international shipping center of northeast Asia international.In the recent years, lvshun port add 11 berths and strengthening the construction of breakwater engineering capacity, this led dalian to an international port and jump to the world shipping metropolis. However, using the way of reclaiming land from the sea, although Marine engineering construction bring huge economic benefits, but also has an impact on the Marine environment, and is a major concern.In order to study the dalian Lvshun Newport reclamation of the breakwater and the berth on the waters effect to the surrounding environment, based on the survey data of the Yang tou wa ocean area marine environment elements, this paper analyze the water quality, sediment, biological medium distribution and variation characteristics of environmental elements, evaluated the degree of eutrophication of waters, the risk of potential hazards of heavy metals.Through the comparison of water quality, biological, sediment data before and after the engineering change, the author made a preliminary study aimed at Newport Marine engineering ship berths and breakwater construction on surrounding Marine environment pollution situation changes.The research results show that multiple levels of environmental elements of Yang tou wa ocean area (Lvshun Newport) breakwater engineering sea water presents that the water quality of nearshore Marine water is higher than outside. The water quality survey stance from elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus content does not exceed the water the second class standard. And as the sediment data contrast, the heavy metals in surface sediments is different, but it is not significant. After the project, the phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthic species decline, sea ecology has been a certain degree of damage, New sea reclamation project make yang tou wa ocean area mouth narrow, change the shallow bay shape, lead to the change of water velocity of flow at the entrance of the reclamation.Therefore, the construction of lushun Newport reclamation though changed the hydrological dynamics environment, the gulf in harbour water exchange capacity is abate, pollutants slowly spread into the ocean,, the sedimentary environment change, influence the Marine benthic environments, a degree of damage of biological community structure, natural recovery will take a long time. Area habitat changes of the water eutrophication condition, therefore should need continuous dynamic tracing monitoring and research. Finally, the authors studied on the basis of the analysis, newport proposed environmental protection, strengthening management and other measures to reduce the reclamation proposals impact on the marine environment.
