Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium was a lot of colors and types.lt was high economic value on using as landscape flowers and botanical insecticides. This paper mainly studied on the rapid propagation and fast breeding techniques to promote its development and utilization of it in different environmental conditions.Study included as follows:(1) The growth of rapid propagation and fast breeding was studied by the method of container seedling of Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium. (2) The object was to find more suitable seed soaking conditions on seeds of Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium by setting different seed soaking solutions and time. (3) It explored the effect of different plant growth agent and concentration of Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium. (4) Experiment was conducted to research the situation of rapid propagation under salt stress of Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium. (5) Different fertilizer and substrates treatment were designed to get the best fertilization amount and model.The results showed as follows:Under the method of container seedling, the seed in red soil mixed with perlite in a ratio of 3:1 was a best vigor, its seed germination rate,germination index, average germination days, emergence rate respectively was: 66%、7.56、4.8d、60%. When the seed soaking time was 4h, the concentration of 0.10% of cytokinins was good to seed’s growth, its seed germination rate, germination index, average germination days, emergence rate respectively was:92%、15.17、 2.11d、89%. The concentration of 0.15% of cytokinins was good to seed germination and emergence, seed germination rate, germination index, average germination days, emergence rate, which respectively was:95%、13.93、3.66d、87%. As the same kind of sodium salt, when the concentration was bigger, the inhibition of seed germination was stronger, The four salt solutions was the inhibition on seed germination, which appeared Na2C03>NaHCO3>Na2S04>NaCl. Through the analysis of regression, we got that the increment of leaf area reached the largest when fertilizer level was 105mg/g, was 54.45cm2. leaf area index reached the maximum when fertilizer level was 113.22 mg/g, was 0.5187.
