At present, the water environment of coastal areas is serious, especially the degradation of wetland functions and deterioration of coastal ecosystems caused by large-scale reclamation in Zhejiang province. According to the water purification function, this article showed that dissolved oxygen and benthos play important roles in the water purification, and thus analyzed the mechanism of anoxic water in Zhejiang province. Based on the landscape ecology theories, such as structure and function, integrity and sensitivity, landscape heterogeneity and edge effects, using fractal dimension, shape index and entropy as quantitative indicators, combining ocean dynamics, this article analyzed the relationship between geomorphologic structure of coastal landscape and water purification function. By the correlation analysis and statistical analysis between benthic biodiversity and landscape quantitative indicators of12typical bays at home and abroad, respectively, the compositive relational expression were built. This article selected Hangzhou bay, Zhou Shan islands, Sanmen bay, Wenzhou coastal areas as the main object of study, and does the qualitative and quantitative compare analysis of their landscape characters before and after reclamation, then the mechanism of the impact of reclamation on the water environment. Finally, with the application of landscape quantificational controlling index, this article has explored the ecological reclamation model in terms of shoreline shape, landscape pattern and topographic shape of side slope, combined with the approach of ecological reclamation and ecological restoration in developed countries. Also, it provides the scientific basis for the ecological reclamation of our country.
