7Scrophulariaceae Plants, such as Pedicularis cheilanthifolia Schrenk, Pedicularis pseudocurvitubaTsoong, Pedicularis verticillata Linn, Scrophularia incisa Weinm, Rhinanthus glaber Lam., Verbascumthapsus L., and Dodartia orientalis L. were selected as the research object, which have been adapt to theextreme environment of xinjiang for a long period. The seed germination characteristics under lowtemperature, salt and drought stress were studied. The resistance ability of7Scrophulariaceae Plants wasevaluated comprehensively using Subordinate Function Values Analysis, The results are as follows:(1) Pedicularis cheilanthifolia and Pedicularis pseudocurvituba in concentrations greater than500mg/L of GA3will get the highest final germination, Pedicularis verticillata and Scrophularia incisa in250mg/L GA3concentration will be able to achieve the highest germination rate; The optimal light andtemperature conditions for7kinds Scrophulariaceae were different,Dodartia orientalis, Pedicularispseudocurvituba, Scrophularia incisa was12hours light,25℃/12hours dark,20℃; While,12hours light,20℃/12hours dark,15℃of Rhinanthus glaber. The maximum final germination of Verbascumthapsusseed appeared in conditions of12hours light,30℃/12hours dark,25℃.(2) Salt stress has great effect on the final germination rates of7scrophulariaceae plants, and they allshowed a decreasing final germination rate with the increased concentration of NaCl solutions; Thesalt resistance threshold for Pedicularis cheilanthifolia, Pedicularis pseudocurvituba, Pedicularisverticillata, Scrophularia incisa, Rhinanthus glaber, Verbascum thapsus. Dodartia orientalis was8.59~165.63mmol/L, The fatal concentration ranges from105.33~349.39mmol/L; The order of saltresistance of7Scrophulariaceae plants in seed germination period as follows: Rhinanthus glaber>Scrophularia incisa> Pedicularis pseudocurvituba> Dodartia orientalis> Pedicularis verticillata Linn>Pedicularis cheilanthifolia> erbascum Thapsus.(3) The drought threshold for Dodartia orientalis, Pedicularis cheilanthifolia, Pedicularispseudocurvituba, Pedicularis verticillata, Scrophularia incisa, Rhinanthus glaber and Verbascum Thapsuswas-0.69~-0.14Mpa, and fatal concentration ranges from-1.57~-0.56Mpa; The order of droughtresistance of7Scrophulariaceae plants in seed germination period as follows: Rhinanthus glaber>Scrophularia incisa> Pedicularis pseudocurvituba> Dodartia orientalis> Pedicularis verticillata Linn>Pedicularis cheilanthifolia> erbascum thapsus.(4)Rhinanthus glaber Lam.and Pedicularis pseudocurvituba Tsoong have great resistance to lowtemperature, salt and drought stress. Scrophularia incisa Weinm have great resistance to low temperatureand salt stress.
