Based on the practical work and the research on the existing deformationmonitoring business of Second Crust Monitoring and Application Center, CEA,this essay clarifies and summarizes the business process of the regionalprecision level survey, mobile GNSS observation and mobile gravity observation;meanwhile reviews and analyzes the existing problems in the work. We find outthe deficiencies of deformation monitoring service in its various stages. Each link,from the source, design, implementation, data archiving, every step themonitoring task was optimized, the participating departments and personnel aredefined, and the responsibilities are clarified. As the domestic mobile deformationmonitoring business is still in the traditional management methods, we drawexperience form US and Japan on the deformation monitoring managementsystem and designed a set of systematic and informational solutions, in which alllinks of business process including the deformation monitoring business, from thebeginning of the monitoring task, design the monitoring task, task implementation,monitoring process, to the data checking and filing are included. The system canprovide comprehensive inquiry service after being built up.The MVC framework is introduced in the process of the systemimplementation, the three layers–model, controller and view–are separated.We use an open source CMS software to reduce the development difficulty andintensity; the electronic map is introduced to display spatial data, intuitivelymapping the distribution of the leveling line, the GNSS observation points, andobservation area design of monitoring tasks. Users can design the monitoringtask online and refer to previous monitoring project; so the traditional designprocess is changed. In field work monitoring, the "short message office" conceptis introduced. Using SMS module to receive field group SMS code, the groupoperation states and observation history are collected and displayed in theelectronic map with different colors to represent different working status. Reportsof the task progress based on statistics charts and lists are offered by the system.To change the traditional pattern, the whole process can be accomplished onlinenow. The main research contents of this essay can be summarized in the following parts:(1) Existing process of deformation monitoring business is discussed andanalyzed in depth, and the basic requirements are grasped.(2) According to the demand and with reference to the advancedmanagement concept, we designed the business management system.(3) The key technology for WEB development and data presentation.(4) Database design and creation.(5) The choice of development environment and application of versioncontrol technology.(6) Study on the application of E-map, AJAX as well as JavaScript loadingtechnology.(7) System coding, testing and continuous improvement.(8) The trial operation and maintenance after system development, and theapplication in practical work.
