In this paper, using petroleum geology, sedimentary petrology and geology of oil and gasfield development and other basic theory, based on a lot of previous research results, thecomprehensive utilization of well logging data, drilling data and core analysis in the study areaanalysis and other information. The study area Chang2reservoir on a small fine division andcorrelation of sedimentary facies and sand body distribution.. According to reservoircharacteristics and main control factors of reservoir formation, the well logging curve in thestudies area for second interpretation and double calculation, working for the futureexploration and development of the study area and lay a good foundation.The research results show that the research area Chang2reservoir mainly controlled bythe braided river in the main channel and floodplain sand control pore types are mainlycorrosion hole, followed by intergranular hole, sandstone belongs to the low porosity and lowpermeability sandstone reservoir, layer and interlayer heterogeneity is stronger, YanChangChang2reservoir physical property is comparatively low. Chang2strong reservoirheterogeneity, the reservoir is strictly controlled by lithology, the second is controlled bystructure. The reservoir is mainly the structural lithologic reservoir, followed by updippinch-out of sandstone lithologic reservoir.
