Research On The Automatic Creation Method Of Earthquake Disaster Event

Earthquake is a sudden, unpredictable and severe natural disasters, many placesof our country has a background of earthquake disaster, with a high frequency, widedistribution, shallow source, serious intensity, heavy damage and other significantcharacteristics, caused a huge threat to the masses of the people’s life and property.Earthquake emergency command system is the technical system and forefront,provided earthquake relief command services for the government, having thefunctions of earthquake and disaster information acquisition, rapid assessment,information announcement, dynamic display, information query, assistant decision,order release and others, and for the earthquake emergency command system of"smooth communication and field data timely, complete and command in place" toprovide technical support. How to fast and efficient rescue after the earthquake, it isclosely linked to the earthquake emergency command system, so the emergencysystem has carried on the localization operation in Sichuan province, which canmaximum limit for the local earthquake emergency services. After earthquakeemergency command technology system was reconstructed localized, thepracticability of the system was greatly enhanced, providing effective support for theseismological bureau of Sichuan province in the process of earthquake emergencystaff assistant functions. But as a result of disaster evaluation model research isrelatively lags behind, so there are gaps between the system accuracy of fast blindestimation results and the job requirements. Aiming at these problems, the papers isstarting from its subsystem--earthquake emergency assessment system, researchautomatic creation method of earthquake disaster event and improve its functionality,service to the earthquake emergency better. This article main research content is asfollows:(1) The paper introduces the research background, domestic and foreign researchpresent situation, expounds the subject of the topic selection basis, data sources,research ideas, etc., the process of automatic creation of earthquake disaster event hasbeen designed and constructed; At the same time,the relevant seismic data has beencollected.(2) From the perspective of earthquake emergency command system, puts forward the necessity of earthquake emergency command system localization;pointout the problems existing in the localization;draw out the meaning and purpose ofthesis studies.(3) Combined with the method of domestic and foreign experts and scholars onthe seismic sequence;analyze the research method;put forward to apply the method-nonparametric estimation method;analyze the research method.(4) Collect the relevant partition data;at the same time to analysis and researchthe estimation nonparametric method detailed;Through the analysis of the data;it isconcluded that the time-space range of seismic zoning. Design the module ofautomatic creation of earthquake disaster event;and describe the function of eachmodule.
