Rainfall in the Southwest is abundant, and reserve of karst water resources is large. However, due to the special nature of karst, karst uneven distribution of water resources intime and space, large dynamic changes of water, karst water resources development isdifficult. In addition, by natural conditions or human activities, environmental geologicalproblems occur, such as drought and water shortage, desertification, floods, groundwaterpollution, regional groundwater decline, environmental geological problems collapse, ground deformation, etc. Therefore, based on the data collection and collation, conducthydrogeological conditions survey, karst groundwater exploitation situation, supply anddemand balance analysis. Combined with the distribution of water resources in the region andthe specific terrain conditions, get on karst water resources division and made suggestionson appropriate and effective development on water resources engineering recommendationsand have an important significance on improving the economic growth, promoting regionalharmonious, stable and sustainable development. The result showed: atmospheric precipitation and surface water are important supplysource for karst groundwater. Due to the restriction of the aqueous medium and terrainconditions, groundwater flow state is centralized pipe seepage flow and dispersion. Thegeneral trend of the excretion of karst groundwater is subject to a local base level of erosion, directly discharge in the river in the form of underground river. In addition, springs and karstgroundwater are important discharge ways. Affected by rainfall intensity, underground riverand karst springs genetic type, geomorphic features, karst development intensity and otherfactors, karst water has obvious regulation and periodic dynamic change. The underground river, the karst big spring, water storage structures in karst water, thesurface karst springs have different levels of development, and still has some potential fordevelopment with the limited degree of development, among which allowable exploitation ofgreater than10L/s karst Oizumi is6034.92×104m3/a, extraction volume is307.95×104m3/a, with only5.1%allowable exploitation and huge development potential. Based on thisprinciple, according to the principle of " closely integrated socio-economic development andliving needs, and adapt to the local economy "," the joint of development and use of surface water and groundwater"," partition slice fat "," In Feng fill owe ",combining with the specificconditions of topography, divide the study area into five zoning.According to conditions forwater resources development and social and economic development needs of the planningarea, propose development and utilization project proposal:In surface karst springs scatteredmining combining mention cited groundwater zone, basing on the current situation andimprove mining methods, use lead and build sets with storage tank mining model to developgroundwater resources; In comprehensive development zone of karst Oizumi combination ofsurface water, use groundwater and surface water joint development, and strengthen therational development of large karst springs and surface water; In blocking, cut, put, buildunderground river and combined lead epikarst springs zone should be based ongroundwater-surface water joint development, strengthen water conservancy karst seepage andin reasonable dispatch and water-saving irrigation; In sinking Springs expansion zone, themain groundwater surface water should be supplemented, sinking and springs to expandshould be supplemented, and go on comprehensive scheduling;Use mine to drainage zone isbased on mine water sampling and analysis, developing treatment measures, water pumpingpumping stations, treatment pond and supporting tanks, pipes and other projects, and makingfull use of mine water.
