Objective:To establish Carassius auratus red variety C1 HD strain partial genetic quality standard parameters; Study of radiation biological effect of experimental red Crucian Carp, Discuss the application of experimental red carp on radiation toxicology experiment.Method:the conventional taxonomic methods was used in measuring the classification of morphology character about 300 tails Carassius auratus red variety C1 HD strain and the Fully automatic blood biochemical analyzer. was used in testing the 15 items blood biochemical indexes. The blood was Extracted from the 300 tails Carassius auratus red variety C1 HD strain caudal vein. 137 CS is used as radiation source in the acute toxicity test of radiation and the red carp C1 HD is used in the determination of radiation median lethal dose(LD50) of 30 days. According to its LD50,We set five groups, namely, normal group, 1/2 LD50(15.53Gy) group, 1/4 LD50(7.76Gy) group, 1/8 LD50(3.38Gy) group, 1/16 LD50(1.94Gy) group. After irradiation treatment, the SOD, GSH-Px vitality was measured in gonad and the level of Hsp70 protein expression was measured respectively in liver, kidney, heart, brain. and the tissue Paraffin pathological slices of liver, kidney, heart was observed.Results: 1. the ratio of classification of morphology character was measured,and the ratio was 2.58、3.43、3.49、1.06、0.67、4.77、2.27、6.13、2.35、8.77、1.80、1.80、1.11、6.12 respectively. The respectively averages of K+, Na+, Cl-, Ca2+, P+, Mg+is 2.15mmol/L、137.19 mmol/L、105.17 mmol/L、2.81 mmol/L、7.01 mmol/L、1.79 mmol/L,;and The respectively averages of Total Protein, Albumin, Aspartate aminotransferase, Alamine aminotransferase, Alkaline phoshpatase, Lactic dehydrogenase, Glucose, Cholesterol,Triglyceride is 24.92~27.56 g/L、8.96~10.02 g/L、368.04~446.40 U/L、14.42~22.74 U/L、23.45~28.47 U/L、222.12~369.48 U/L、9.26~12.08 mmol/L、2.23~2.63 mmol/L、5.55~6.33 mmol/L.The LD50 of experimental red carp is 31.05 Gy in 30 days and the credibility interval range from 25.94 Gy to 37.15 Gy.After different doses and different time treatment, The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in gonad increased with the increase of dose reduction, as the extension of time and reduce;after radiation treatment, the level expression of Hsp70 protein in liver, brain, heart, kidney increased with the increase of the radiation dose increases.After irradiation treatment,The liver, heart, brain, kidney and other organizations showed certain pathological damage effect.Conclusions: 1. the classification of morphology character can be used in the Genetic Standard Parameters. 2. The radiation have biological toxicity effect to experimental red carp.The LD50 of experimental red carp is 31.05 Gy in 30 days. 3.The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in gonad of experimental red carp and irradiation dose have the dose- effect relationship. 4.the level expression of Hsp70 protein in liver, brain, heart, kidney, of xperimental red carp have the dose- effect relationship.
