The Standard Model of particle physics is a theory based on the gauge theory and concerns the strong, weak and electromagnetic interactions of elementary particles. It is the best theory in describing the dynamics of elementary particles, even though it has some problem and is an effective theory at low scale. Heavy flavor physics, especially B physics, is an ideal ground for testing the Standard Model, exploring the source of CP violation, and searching for new physics. In recent years, the study of B meson decays is always a hot topic and a frontier field in the international particle physics. Thanks to the fruitful running of the B meson factory in the past years, a plenty of B meson decay modes are well measured. With the successful running of the LHC, the LHCb experiment would push B meson physics into a new era.In this paper, with many experiment results of B meson decays, we mainly study the endpoint divergences in calculation of B meson decay amplitude in factorization theory based on the collinear approximate. Firstly, we introduce the Standard Model, including the Lagrangian, CKM matrix and the other basic contents. Secondly, we briefly review the theoretical framework, including the operator product expansion, the low energy effective Hamiltonian, and extraction and evolution of Wilson coefficient. Thirdly, we introduce the effective Hamiltonian of B meson physics and the calculation approaches to deal with the hadron matrix element, as well as CP violation in B meson system. Finally, we present our works and conclusions.Within the QCD factorization framework, combining the latest experimental results, we evaluate the spectator scattering and annihilation contributions in B ®PP decays through 2c-analysis and study the dependences of these contributions on the initial flavor. Firstly, in the u,dB decays, global-fits on annihilation parameters(r,f) are performed in three different cases, which exhibit some interesting phenomena. After that we extend suck work to sB decays, in which a combined fit is performed. From above analyses, it is found that the flavor symmetry breaking effect is hardly to be distinguished between(,)i i A Ar f in u,dB and sB systems, due to large experimental errors and theoretical uncertainties for sB decays, i.e.(,)i i A Ar f are universal in u,dB and sB decays. While,(,)A Ar f related to factorizable and nor-factorizable topologies are obviously different, i.e.(,)(,)i i f f A A A Ar f 1r f. With the values of best-fit points, the theoretical results are in good agreement with the data.
