At present, the Standard Model(SM) of particle physics is the most successful theory for describing the fundamental particles and their strong, weak and electromagnetic interaction. After the Higgs boson is determined in 2013, all of particles predicted by the SM had been observed, which also verifies the validity of the SM. However there are also some problems, which haven’t been explained reasonably in the SM. It is well-known that the SM is not a ultimate theory, but an effective theory at low scale. At the higher energy scale, some new and basic theory should emerge, which inspires people to explore new physics. There are many new physics models beyond the SM, in which the simplest extension of the Higgs sector in the SM is the two Higgs double model. In the minimum violation hypothesis, the second double of two Higgs double model is fixed to be either color-singlet or color-octet, referred to as the type-III model and type-C model, respectively. In such two models, the flavor changing neutral current is controlled by CKM matrix.B physics is a very important part of particle physics. Thanks to the successful running of BaBar and Belle and Tevatron Run II in the past years, many B meson decay modes are well measured. With the running of LHCb, B meson physics has been playing a very important role for exploring the new physics. In this paper, we focus on the effect of new physics contribution on 00 ssBB ? mixing in the type-III model and type-C model. Firstly, we review the SM briefly. After that we give a detailed introduce of the theoretical framework of the two Higgs double in the minimum violation hypothesis. After that we calculate the new operator and Wilson coefficient on 00 ssBB ? mixing in the two new models in detail, and get the effective Hamiltonian. With the up-to-date experimental data, we perform constraints on the coupling parameters of two models. From the allowed spaces of coupling parameters, the differences between type-III and type-C models are presented, which is helpful for distinguishing such two models. Finally, we made a summary and outlook of this article.
