Clusterin is a wide range of highly conservative sulfated glycoprotein. The protein expresses in different organizations and plays a role of transporting lipids, tissue repair and promoting cell aggregation and other functions. In different organization its quantity is also different. Recent studies have shown that Clusterin has the condition of high expression in pathology and oxidative stress,.It reflects the important physiological functions. This experiment first cloned bactrian camel Clusterin gene and analyzed Clusterin gene expression of the normal group and treatment group bactrian camel renal cortex and medulla by fluorescence quantitative PCR. The eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1-CLU was into Hela cells by electrotransfection.Screenjing the stable expressng bactrian camel Clusterin gene cell lines. Preliminary identification of the gene in DNA, RNA levels.Preliminary analyzed bactrian camel Clusterin gene expression of the distribution by immunohistochemical methods. Its layed a foundation of later study of Clusterin gene physiological functions in the mammalian. Main results are as follows:1. Obtained bactrian camel Clusterin gene complete coding sequence and determined its structure.2. The gene expression is high in the group of pouring salt, water deprivation and crapulence group, and the renal cortex expression is higher than the number of renal medulla under the same processing conditions.3. Determined that the protein is secreted protein.
