Kubusu gold deposit located on the combining site of Siberian plate and Kazakhstan- Junggar plate, the middle part of Central Asian orogenic belt, East Junggar gold metallogenic belt. Since late Paleozoic, this area has experienced a significance of collision orogenic movement, that occurred intense post-collision tectonic deformation- magmatism- mineralization. This thesis focused on Kubusu gold deposit, as the basis of the geological, petrological and geochemical characteristics. According to the theory of geochemical exploration and mass transfer, and combined with ore-forming fluid source. Detailed study of mass transfer regularities, prospecting indicator elements, metallogenic environment, Prospecting direction in Kubusu gold deposit, the main results are as following:1. The characteristics of petrological and geochemical are rich Na, low K, high Fe and Mg, calc-alkaline, metaluminous to peraluminous, of the ore bearing diorite porphyrite in the northern belt of Kubusu gold deposit. During hydrothermal alteration, REE as a whole be enriched, Eu negative anomalies is more significant in altered diorite porphyrite. It is show that hydrothermal fluids itself has strong Eu negative anomalies, mineralization environment of ore-forming fluids should have a higher temperature and reducing environment.2. The calculation results of mass transfer show that the elements of ore-bearing diorite porphyrite veins, quartz albitophyre and surrounding rocks had significantly input and output occurred, Au, As, Bi, Ag, Sb, K2 O, Si O2 occurred clearly input, Ba, Sr, Cu, Mg O, Na2 O, Fe2O3, Ca O occurred clearly output.3. In this three section, the spatial variation of elements mass transfer that the degree and range of elements migration are different, Au, As, W, Sb, Bi occurred clearly input that its’ have great degree of migration, larger range of migration, Sb, Bi have lesser degree of migration and a great range of migration; Na2 O, Mg O occurred clearly output that its’ have great degree of migration and maximum range of migration by the action of magmatic hydrothermal solutions. Show that Kubusu gold deposit is subject to the combined effect of magmatic hydrothermal and metamorphic hydrothermal. As, W, Sb, Bi is mineralization indicator elements of addition, Mg, Na is mineralization indicator elements of removal, these elements are closely related with gold deposit. The degree and range of Au and associated elements which input, it has increasing trend from west to east by the action of hydrothermal mineralization fluid. Reflect that the input degree of Au is increased, along the 1# ore vein to the east from line 165, and the mineralization environments is more conducive to precipitation of gold. Indicate that there is greater prospecting potential along the 1# ore vein from line 105 east, to the deep in the northern belt of Kubusu gold deposit.4. Further understanding mineralization environment of Kubusu gold deposit. Property of mineralizing fluid is reductive fluid with hypabyssal, medium-high temperature, lower salinity, CO2 rich. In main mineralization stage, the fluid temperature get change to medium temperature. The fluid is mainly late stage magmatic hydrothermal, which made the gold precipitate. The water of ore-forming fluids is mainly based on magmatic water, followed by atmospheric water, metamorphic water.
