With continuous development of thermodynamics and statistics, the theory of equilibrium statistic gradually turns to be more and more maturing and perfect, and now it is time for us to study the system in its non-equilibrium states. When a system is in its equilibrium state, the maximum entropy principle is usually used to determine the probability distribution of a system. This method can not be simply borrowed to study the nonequilibrium states of a simple system in which there is no metastable state.Due to the fact that there are variety of methods and processes for a system to deviate from its equilibrium state to the non equilibrium states,to study the non equilibrium states will be more complicated, so it is difficult for us to determine the specific probability distribution of system in this series of non-equilibrium with a few parameters. In face of these two problems, we should broaden our thinking:instead of determining the probability distribution, we are going to get the probability distribution of probability distribution. In the other words, we make use of the hyperensembles and Bayesian statistical theory. In this paper, we consider a simple system with two coordinates: ? is a probability distribution, but it can also be used as a measure of deviation from the equilibrium state; P(?) represents the probability of ?, i.e. the probability of the probability distribution. Combined with restrictive conditions of the system, the possible probability distribution of each non equilibrium state are determined. And the evolution rate of a non equilibrium state back to the equilibrium state can also be determined. This is a bright spot of this article. This is more intuitive performance for us to get the variation of P(?) and the evolution rate about ? with different parameters. In this paper, the possible probability distributionsof the series of non equilibrium states, including far away from the equilibrium state to the near equilibrium one were studied, and the possible possibility distribution of simple system in its non-equilibrium states in both the binary and ternary states space were obtained. This is another highlight of this paper.
