In view of the frequent natural disasters such as geological disasters, although technology is not enough to accurately predict the natural disasters such as earthquake, in order to rescue the affected people, to minimize the safety of life and property in the rescue, there is no doubt that the use of effective, high quality of the rescue equipment can minimize the loss.In order to meet the needs of the earthquake and other geological disaster relief and the timely access to the video information about trapped personnel in the ruins of the position, the surrounding environment and trapped personnel health, this paper designs the wireless endoscopic video search and rescue unit. It consists of a long stretch of rod and a control box. One end of the long rod is equipped with a pan tilt, used to control the camera perspective, and control box with LCD screen can display the collected information. The control box is equipped with WiFi wireless network card, in the case of the rescue scene complicated environment not conducive to wiring, can transmit the rescue scene information to the command monitoring PC in time.The circuit board in the control box takes ARM11 (S3C6410) as the core, and it includes the main control module, motor control module, video capture module, wireless transmission module and so on. Video search and rescue unit runs the Linux operating system and uses QT software programming. The camera mounted on the motor can realize large angle detection of the trapped position and the surrounding environment, and it can display the image information on the LCD screen. The video search and rescue unit communicates with command post through RTP real-time transmission protocol. Monitoring PC runs Windows operating system command, using the MFC programming framework, and it calls LIBVLC open source library to receive the streaming media data from endoscope-type video search and rescue unit and clearly shows that trapped persons in the rescue scene and the surrounding environment information. It is convenient to draw up relief plan.
