Study On The Management Mechanism Of Surveying And Mapping Achievements Secrecy And Security In Gansu Province

In recent years, with the fast development of economic in our country, surveying and mapping is widely used in economic development. Surveying and mapping achievements have become necessary materials in the fields of national defense, economic development, scientific research and cultural education. Since surveying and mapping achievements involve the matter of national security, we should conduct secrecy management strictly according to related laws and regulations. With the prosperity of market economy and development of information technology, demanding of basic surveying and mapping has been increasing. Demanding form changed from paper maps to geography information data. However, danger of surveying and mapping achievements leakage happened easily during the process of extensive and convenient using of surveying and mapping achievements especially for the basic geography information.The thesis focuses on the management mechanism of surveying and mapping achievements secrecy and security in the range of Gansu province, and explores the running state and optimizing strategy of it. The thesis consists of six parts. The first part is introduction which mainly introduces the background and the significance of the research. In this part, literature review, research thought and content and the framework of the thesis are also involved. The second part analyzes the basic issues and management theory on surveying and mapping achievements secrecy and security, and forms the framework of analyzing on the management mechanism of surveying and mapping achievements secrecy and security. The third part analyzes the management mechanism in detail on the basis of introduction to the management background and the development situation of the surveying and mapping achievements secrecy and security in Gansu. The fourth part mainly analyzes the disadvantages and influence factors existing in the management of surveying and mapping achievements in Gansu. The fifth part explores the methods of optimizing and improvement to the management of surveying and mapping achievements in Gansu through the studying on some outstanding cases both abroad and home on the management of surveying and mapping achievements. The last part covers the concrete improvement measures on the management of surveying and mapping achievements in Gansu and the conclusion of the thesis.
