As China’s rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of living standards, the demand of oil and engineering construction is increasing sharply. The work of checking out the position of oil and foundation engineering construction is inseparable from the seismic exploration. In terms of seismic exploration, seismic data acquisition is the first procedure and high quality seismic data is the basis of accurate data processing and interpretation. Acquisition system is the core equipment of data acquisition. In china, the majority of our seismic exploration equipment is imported. Although most of them are advanced, different products can not be compatible so that the products’ property cannot be expanded or upgraded. On the other hand, the products are expensive just because the market is monopolized. Meanwhile, the domestic self-developed seismic acquisition system is backward in technology compared with them, which has seriously hindered the healthy development of our seismic exploration. The rapid development in computer technology, network communication, electronic and information technology as well as material science, has provided us with excellent opportunity to enable us to achieve a leapfrog development in native seismic exploration equipments.In according with issues above, the process of seismic data acquisition is studied first,and then an analysis is made about the seismic transmission and preservation process.Based on the research on domestic acquisition board equipment and principle of moulds of hardware in acquisition,we build a development framework of corresponding supporting software.Finally, the program modules of the small seismic acquisition system are designed in Visual C++ 6.0 and Qt 3.3.2 environment.We test the modules of the small seismic acquisition system and the result is good,which shows that the interface of small seismic acquisition system is friendly,and software operates stably, calculates accurately and exists merits in the transplant and expanded function,which make it good in practicability and reference.
